Dinner will be buffet style. There will be three choices for an entree, all of which are gluten free:
Pan roasted lemon garlic chicken
Roast sirloin of beef with onion aus jus
Grilled salmon w maple mustard glaze
There will be two choices for a salad:
Michigan Apple salad
Orzo pasta salad
In addition to the entree and salad, the following choices will be available:
Roasted Red Skin potatoes
And for dessert:
NY cheesecake with strawberry sauce
Coffee, tea, milk, soft drinks, bread and rolls will also be available.
